1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (natural and Ayurvedic wellness items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective or not as described.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Returns or refunds cannot be processed after this period.


2. Refunds
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Products: Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the item with the correct or undamaged product.


4. Shipping Charges
  • For Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • For Damaged or Defective Products: Veda Treat will cover the return shipping costs.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.


7. Exceptions
  • Products purchased during special promotions or sale events may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
